For couples seeking to strengthen their relationship or work through difficulties, couples counselling draws on Amanda's RELATE Certificate in Couple Counselling and extensive experience in relationship work.
Amanda specialises in trauma and psychosexual therapy. As a COSRT Accredited Psychosexual Psychotherapist, she offers individual sex therapy to address intimacy concerns and sexual wellbeing. Her trauma expertise includes work with PTSD and sexual abuse, supported by her training in EMDR therapy—an evidence-based approach for processing traumatic experiences.
Adolescent and teen counselling is available for young people navigating emotional or behavioural difficulties, underpinned by Amanda's Certificate from the Institute of Child Mental Health.
Beyond direct client work, Amanda provides clinical supervision to other therapists and supervisors, drawing on her COSRT accreditation in this area. She is a registered provider with BUPA.
