Altered Awareness offers a range of talking therapies and holistic approaches to support your mental health and personal development. As a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist, the practice guides clients gently into a relaxed state to help with a variety of concerns. With a diploma in NLP, Altered Awareness teaches techniques to anchor powerful positive feelings and shift unhelpful patterns.
The services span hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, anxiety, phobias, and menopause support, alongside life coaching to help you reaffirm your goals and discover your true potential. NLP coaching combines these approaches for targeted personal change.
