She holds a postgraduate diploma in Women's Health Osteopathy completed in 2021, bringing specialist knowledge to the care of women across different life stages. As a fully registered Mummy MOT practitioner since 2022, she offers dedicated postnatal assessment and support, including specialist diastasis recti and core recovery work designed to help mothers rebuild strength and function after pregnancy.
Beyond osteopathy, Alexia provides sports massage and strength training support, drawing on her master's qualification in Strength & Conditioning. Her experience includes working as Team Osteopath for Team GB Handball Senior Men's and Women's teams from 2010 to 2013, bringing evidence-based sports injury expertise to her practice.
