About Alderley Pilates
Alderley Pilates offers reformer pilates, clinical pilates, and body control pilates classes designed to suit different needs and abilities. Small group classes are graded across five levels with a maximum of 12 clients per class, creating a supportive environment for all experience levels. Private lessons for one to four clients can be tailored to your specific aims, whether that's general fitness, injury recovery, or performance enhancement.
Classes combine pilates matwork with machine-based training, primarily using pilates reformers. All studio classes are also available online via Zoom, making it easy to join from home. Beyond regular classes, Alderley Pilates provides home exercise programmes to support your ongoing progress.
The studio works with clients seeking recovery from illness or injury, as well as those in rehabilitation programmes following surgery. The team has experience working with elite athletes from football and rugby, helping to improve sporting performance through targeted pilates training.
Alderley Pilates teaches Body Control Pilates methods and holds accreditation through Body Control Pilates teacher training.
