About AJ's Kickboxing Academy
AJ's Kickboxing Academy offers kickboxing classes to all abilities and levels of experience, combining technical instruction with fitness and self-defence training. The academy runs structured programmes tailored to different age groups and interests, from Little Dragons for children aged 3–4 years through to adult classes for ages 15 and above. There is also a dedicated Ladies Only Kickboxing Programme for female members over 13, providing a supportive environment to learn striking techniques and build confidence.
Beyond group classes, AJ's Kickboxing Academy provides personal training for those seeking one-to-one instruction, and self-defence classes for clients focused on practical protective skills. Head Instructor Chris Morgan is a 5th degree black belt and ISKA Team Wales Coach, bringing extensive expertise to the academy's teaching.
