About AJA Therapies
AJA Therapies is a mental health and wellbeing service offering a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. The practice provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) delivered by a BABCP accredited therapist, alongside general counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people.
The team supports clients working through anxiety—including social anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobias—as well as depression, stress management, and post-traumatic stress. They also offer specialist help with anger management and mood regulation, family and systemic therapy to address relationship dynamics, and support for those experiencing self-harm or suicidal thoughts. Adolescent and teen counselling is available, and the practice has particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent clients and those navigating ADHD.
With a focus on evidence-based practice and individualised care, AJA Therapies helps clients across a range of difficulties find approaches that work for them.
