About AFPT
AFPT is a fitness service offering personalised training and group workouts designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. The team provides one-to-one personal training, small group sessions with a maximum of four people, and structured group exercise classes with your fitness friends. You can also train at the AFPT Boutique Gym, follow along with home workouts in your own space, or take part in fitness events and challenges. The service is led by a REPs level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer with a degree in Sports Science and Management. Beyond training, AFPT offers free nutrition resources and guidance on supplements to support your fitness journey. Whether you prefer one-on-one attention, the motivation of group training, or the flexibility of home-based workouts, AFPT provides a range of options to suit different preferences and lifestyles.
