About Affordable Counselling
Affordable Counselling offers general counselling sessions, couples counselling, and play therapy in a caring, supportive environment. Relationship counselling provides a non-judgmental space for couples to explore thoughts, feelings and actions together. Play therapy uses play as a communication tool to help children aged 4–11 express their feelings and work through difficulties using art, sand, puppets and role-play. The service is open to referrals for adult counselling, youth counselling for young people aged 11–17, and play therapy for younger children.
Affordable Counselling is committed to supporting people facing a range of challenges. The team works with individuals dealing with issues such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety and anger, and also provides support, advice and practical help to those experiencing homelessness or addiction.
