About Adrian Ward
Adrian Ward is a fully qualified Alexander Technique teacher and member of STAT (Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique), having completed a three-year full-time training. He offers individual Alexander Technique lessons designed to improve posture, breathing and co-ordination through this established movement discipline.
Adrian is also a Reiki Master Practitioner trained in the traditional Dr Mikao Usui healing system, offering Reiki sessions for those seeking energy healing and relaxation.
Beyond his work in movement and holistic therapy, Adrian brings extensive musical expertise to his practice. He holds qualifications including an MMus, BMus (Hons) and LRSM (Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music), and is a member of both the Incorporated Society of Musicians and the Association of Teachers of Singing. He offers private piano lessons from beginner to advanced level, and provides singing lessons and vocal coaching with a focus on voice training, vocal technique, posture and breathing.
