About Acupuncture South East
Acupuncture South East is run by Eleanor Henderson, a licensed acupuncturist with a BSc (Hons) and certified functional medicine practitioner. She is registered with the British Acupuncture Council and holds Professional Standards Authority accreditation.
Eleanor offers traditional acupuncture for a wide range of conditions. Acupuncture may be of benefit or relief to many issues including stress and anxiety, headaches and migraines, and musculoskeletal pain affecting the neck, shoulders, back, and other areas. She also provides specialist fertility acupuncture and pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture, working to support reproductive health throughout different life stages.
Complementing her acupuncture practice, Eleanor is a certified functional medicine practitioner. She uses functional diagnostic nutrition and laboratory assessments to identify underlying health patterns and support whole-body wellness.
Drawing on earlier experience in sports and remedial therapies, Eleanor also offers sports massage and manual lymphatic drainage, providing integrated physical support alongside her acupuncture and functional medicine work.
