About Active Wellbeing
Active Wellbeing offers Amatsu therapy and related Japanese bodywork techniques. Amatsu utilises natural movement to effect small changes within the structures of the body, including soft tissue. The practice also provides Anma, a technique that involves pushing and pulling specific areas of the body, and Seitai, which uses gentle limb movement for positional release. This is a gentle therapy suitable for young and old alike, with no hard adjustments. Active Wellbeing works closely with the Amatsu teaching school in the Amatsu Institute of Ireland and offers a holistic approach to physical wellbeing through time-honoured bodywork methods.
