About Action4Families CIC

Action4Families CIC is a counselling and therapy service supporting children, young people, adults, families, and communities. The team includes BACP registered and accredited counsellors who bring professional expertise to emotional and psychological wellbeing.

The service offers general counselling sessions for adults navigating emotional and psychological challenges, alongside family and systemic therapy designed to strengthen relationships between couples and families. For younger clients, Action4Families provides creative counselling for teenagers and young adults to support emotional wellbeing, and play therapy for children aged five and above, helping them explore and process their emotions through creative means.

Beyond direct client work, Action4Families offers clinical supervision for counsellors, therapists, and other professionals, as well as individual and group coaching for parents. The team also delivers professional development and training for those working with children and families, including safeguarding and specialist courses.
