About Abide Counselling
Abide Counselling is a qualified integrative counsellor offering both in-person and online sessions. The practice specialises in anxiety (including generalised, social and health anxiety), depression, bereavement, trauma, and men's mental health, alongside support for addiction and other concerns.
As a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and registered with Disclosure Scotland PVG Scheme, Abide Counselling brings professional accreditation and safeguarding credentials to every session. The counsellor holds additional qualifications in working with young people over 18 with complex needs, and has training in ADHD support.
