About Abi Denyer-Bewick
Abi Denyer-Bewick offers a holistic approach to wellbeing, combining nutritional therapy, functional medicine, and movement practices. Trained as a Nutritional Therapist since 2009 and having completed further training in Functional Medicine and Eating Psychology, she brings depth to one-to-one health consultations that explore nutrition, digestion, and your overall flow.
Her movement offerings include Scaravelli yoga—a practice she has engaged with since 1999 and formally qualified in during 2013—alongside reformer pilates classes. Beyond individual sessions, Abi designs and facilitates group experiences including women's circles, grief rituals, and cacao ceremonies, creating space for reflection and connection.
With a background in psychology and counselling, combined with years working in behavioural support, Abi brings psychological insight to her wellness practice. Her health coaching draws on this integrated knowledge, helping clients explore the relationship between their physical health, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing.
Whether you're seeking nutritional guidance, movement practice, or ceremonial gatherings, Abi offers a thoughtful, embodied approach to supporting your health and personal growth.
