As an official Hammer Strength Training Centre, members have access to premium equipment from leading brands including Life Fitness, Concept 2 rowing machines, and Rogue sled machines.
Beyond gym access, A & J Future Fitness provides sunbeds available to both members and non-members, plus an on-site sports nutrition range stocking protein powder, creatine, pre-workout supplements and more. A Rijo coffee machine is on hand to refuel after your session.
